SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer shipping within the United States for orders at a flat rate of $6.99.
Shipping time
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It then takes 1-3 business days to process your order, after which we will send your parcel.
Estimated delivery time is 7-15 days. We deliver Monday through Friday without interruption, excluding weekends and holidays.
Due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or customs delays, delivery times are estimates only. We do our best to provide the best estimate based on the information we have, but we cannot promise an exact delivery date.

Shipping method
To accommodate your needs, we may select different shipping methods and carriers depending on your location and the size of the item you purchase.
International Taxes And Duties
For orders outside the US, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery.
You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
Lost and forgotten packages/Wrong delivery address
It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve their package if they enter an incorrect delivery address.
Please note that if your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for the RTS (Return-to-Seller) fee and any reshipment costs.
If you no longer wish to resend your order, you will receive a refund minus the original shipping and RTS fees.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages damaged in transit, forgotten or lost after delivery. This includes shipments that cannot be delivered due to the recipient’s absence. It remains the customer’s responsibility to track their package and update its status.
