OUR RETURN POLICY

We offer returns for unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that the items are unused and undamaged. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs – if it is our fault (wrong item, damaged item) then of course we are responsible.

 To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive your request, we will instruct you on how to package and return the item.

Note: Please ensure you still have the original packaging when you initiate a return request. All returned products must be unused, undamaged, have all accessories, and be packaged in the original box to ensure a refund. Please understand that we reserve the right to decline a refund request if the return does not comply with this policy. Walshtshirt is not responsible for packages lost during returns. All refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

CANCELLATION/EDIT ORDER

To cancel or edit an order, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order so we can try to stop the order before shipping. Please provide your order number for faster support.

REFUND

It takes 2-3 business days to process your return from the time we receive it. The amount for your returned items will be refunded to your account in the same form of payment that you received.

RETURN REPEAT

We carefully monitor the number of customer returns and continued returns will be marked. This may result in your account with Waelchitshirt being closed and any future orders being cancelled.
